Privacy policy

The short version

We collect what a move requires and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share your phone number with other movers, and you can get a price from this website without giving us any personal information at all.

What we collect, and when

• Getting an estimate: only details about the move — cities, dates, floors, and the items you list. No name, phone or email is required or requested at this stage.
• Locking a price: your name and mobile number, verified by a one-time code, so a locked price belongs to someone.
• Booking: the pickup and delivery addresses, and any access instructions you give us.
• Payment: handled by our payment provider. We store the order reference and status. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Usage analytics: which pages were viewed and which steps of the estimate were completed, recorded against a rotating identifier, never against your name or number.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information.
• Pass your number to other moving companies, brokers or lead aggregators.
• Put personal information into analytics events. Those carry identifiers only.
• Use your data to market unrelated products.

How long we keep it

• Estimates that were never locked: 90 days, then deleted.
• Move records, inventories and invoices: eight years, as tax and dispute records require.
• Condition photographs: two years after delivery, so a late dispute can still be assessed.
• Analytics events: 24 months, in aggregate form.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to retain for tax or legal reasons.

Cookies

We set one cookie, and only after you verify your phone number: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly, same-site, and carries no personal information. We run no advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.
