Trust, as a record rather than an adjective
Every moving company says it is trustworthy. None of them give you a way to check. This page lists what we actually do, and what each thing leaves behind that you can look at.

The eight fears
Each one, and what we do about it
These are the things customers actually worry about, in the order they worry about them.
“The price will change once you have my things”
The price lock. Everything on your confirmed inventory is fixed, and the four things that can still change it are listed on the quote before you book, each priced in advance.
“I don't know who is coming into my home”
The crew card, sent the evening before: names, photographs, ID verification status, tenure, driver and vehicle registration. An arrival OTP so the person at your door is the right one.
“Something will break and nobody will believe me”
Condition photographs taken before anything is wrapped, against your digital inventory. A claim is decided against that record, not against a recollection.
“My things will vanish for a week”
Ten timestamped milestones from booking to delivery, on a page you can share with family. If the delivery window slips, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
“The insurance won't actually pay”
Coverage amount, premium, deductible and the full exclusion list are shown before you buy, not after you claim. If cover is not worth buying for your move, we say so.
“I'll get no invoice and no recourse”
A GST invoice and every document — quotation, inventory, policy, proof of delivery — downloadable from your dashboard.
“It will be late and nobody will tell me”
A delivery window we can hold rather than a date that sounds good, an explicit statement of whether your load is shared or dedicated, and a notification the moment anything moves.
“There'll be nobody accountable”
A named move manager assigned at booking, with a direct number. Not a support queue.
Our own work
Two photographs, not a stock library
Most sites in this category are wallpapered with purchased images of other people's moves. These are ours.

Loaded, not stuffed
Cartons squared off and stacked to the roof, heavy at the base, wrapped items on top. A load packed like this does not shift on the highway — which is where most transit damage actually happens.

Awkward things, crated properly
A road bike, frame and forks foam-wrapped and crated upright rather than laid on its side. This is the standard we apply to anything with a projecting arm, a hinge or a paint finish.
Verification
What we check before someone joins a crew
- Government-issued photo identity, with the last four digits held on record
- A valid driving licence and its expiry date, for anyone driving
- Reference or employment history for the trade
- Vehicle registration, fitness and insurance validity for every vehicle
- Per-move ratings that attach to the individual, not just to the company
What we do not claim
We do not publish a satisfaction percentage, a review count or a completed-move total on this site. Not because they would be unflattering, but because you would have no way to verify them — and an unverifiable number is the same thing as no number. When we have a verified first-party review corpus, it will appear here tied to real Move IDs.Questions
Trust and safety
The evening before your move you receive the crew: names, photographs, ID verification status, years with us, plus the driver's name and the vehicle registration number. On arrival they ask you for an OTP that only you have. Do not share it until they are physically at your door.
We have checked a government-issued identity document and hold its last four digits on record. For drivers we additionally verify a valid driving licence and its expiry. Verification status is shown per crew member on your move page, not asserted once for the company.
The price lock. Once a survey confirms your volume we fix the figure, and everything on that inventory is covered. Four things can still change it, they are listed on your quote before you book, and each is priced in advance. There is no fuel charge, no material charge and no unloading charge waiting at the other end.
15% to hold the date, the crew and the vehicle. The balance is due on delivery, after your goods have been checked against the inventory. A demand for half the money before anything is packed is the mechanism behind most of the fraud in this industry, and we will not ask for it.
If something goes wrong, the process is written down: how damage claims work.
