Yes, for standard modular and knock-down furniture. Custom carpentry built in place usually cannot be moved without damage — we tell you that before you book, not on the day.
Yes. Say so at survey and we exclude them from the packing charge. Self-packed cartons still appear on the inventory, but their contents are not covered for damage.
