About local shifting
For a 1 or 2 BHK with reasonable access, yes. A 3 BHK, or a fourth-floor walk-up at either end, may run into a second day. We say so in the quote rather than discover it on the day.
Carrying a wardrobe up three floors takes two people about four times as long as wheeling it into a service lift. We price that labour rather than hide it.
