What this move costs
Two tables, because the honest answer depends on whether your goods travel alone.
Shared load
Cheaper. Waits at a consolidation point to fill, so it uses the slower end of the transit window.

Loading in Delhi NCR
- Goods vehicles above 3.5 tonnes are restricted inside parts of Delhi during daytime hours, so intercity loads are commonly delivered early morning or after 21:00.
- A move that crosses a state line inside NCR (Delhi → Noida, Delhi → Gurugram) is still priced as a local move, but toll and permit lines appear separately.
- Older colonies such as Lajpat Nagar and Janakpuri are walk-ups; DLF and Sector-based high-rises in Gurugram and Noida almost always have a service lift.
Delivering in Mumbai
- Mumbai is the most expensive city in our network — society charges, restricted lift hours and long carries from the truck to the door all add real labour.
- Most co-operative societies require a written intimation and a security deposit before a goods lift can be used; we handle it, but it needs 48 hours.
- Island-city addresses frequently cannot take anything larger than a Tata Ace at the door, so a shuttle leg is normal rather than exceptional.
Questions
About this corridor
4 to 6 days on a shared load, from loading. A dedicated vehicle is at the faster end because it drives straight through instead of waiting to fill. We give a window rather than a date, and tell you the moment it narrows.
Shared load: ₹42,544–₹52,944, GST included. Dedicated vehicle: ₹53,724–₹66,856. Both assume Standard packing and a first floor without a lift at each end.
Shared is cheaper because the vehicle carries other consignments, and slower because it waits to fill. On this corridor the difference is about ₹11,180 for a 2 BHK. Most movers do not tell you which you booked; it is on your quote and your tracking page.
