Loading in Varanasi
- This is our home city — our yard is on Lahartara–Kotwan Road near Kiran Petrol Pump, so a Varanasi pickup does not carry a vehicle-positioning charge the way an out-of-city origin does.
- The old-city lanes around Assi, Bhelupur, Dashashwamedh and the ghats cannot take a truck at all. We load onto a small tempo at the lane mouth and shuttle to the vehicle; that shuttle is a priced line on your quote, not a surprise on the day.
- Vehicle movement near the Kashi Vishwanath corridor is restricted through the day. Loading in that belt is scheduled for early morning.
Delivering in Pune
- The IT belt (Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta) moves in a concentrated window around the end and start of each month; book 10 days ahead for those dates.
- Wakad and Baner towers have goods-lift booking systems; a missed slot means the crew waits, which is the most common cause of a delayed local move here.
